Ekmaan is a holistic wellness space offering trauma-informed psychological support through an integrative mind–body approach.
Founded by Rriddhi Sameer Thakkaar, a Licensed Counselling Psychologist and Trauma-Informed Care Therapist, Ekmaan blends evidence-based psychology with advanced therapeutic modalities.
